PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas will hold a public hearing on adopting the Grapevine Youth Programs Standards of Care for the Parks and Recreation Department as required by Section 42.041(b)(14) of the Child Care Standards and Regulations of the Texas Human Resources Code, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
