CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS
On Tuesday evening, January 20, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, 200 South Main Street, Grapevine, Texas, the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine will hold a public hearing to consider the following items:
CU25-47; Luxury Garages - submitted by Ottis Lee with Baird, Hampton & Brown for properties located at 1028 and 1030 Texan Trail, and platted as Block 3, Lots 1R and 2 Grapevine Station. These sites were previously approved with conditional use permit CU11-21 (Ord. 2011-050) to reduce the size of a planned business park in a district zoned "BP", Business Park District. This request is specifically to allow 30 private condominium luxury garages with office/flex space. The properties are zoned "BP", Business Park District and are owned by 1028 Texan Trail, LLC and 1030 Texan Trail, LLC respectively.
PD25-06; The Reserve at Bear Creek - submitted by Jamie Williamson with BB Living for property located at 4201 State Highway 360, platted as Reserve at Bear Creek, 69 Townhome Lots & 8 Common Area Lots. The site was previously approved for a planned development overlay PD24-01 (Ord. 2024-028) to deviate from, but not be limited to lot size, side yard setback, front yard setback, lot width, lot depth, maximum building height, and to allow front entry garages for lots less than 40-feet in width in conjunction with a townhouse development. This request is for a planned development overlay is to amend the previously approved building elevations and reduce building height from three-story to two-story townhomes. The property is zoned "R-TH", Townhouse District and is owned by Bear Creek Grapevine Townhomes, LLC.
Z25-09; 1225 Murrell Road - submitted by John and Robin Diebold for property located at 1225 Murrell Road, platted as Block 1, Lot 1, Sleepy Hollow Addition. The applicant is requesting to rezone 1.0 acre from "GU", Governmental Use District to "R-7.5", Single-Family District for an existing single-family residential lot. The property is owned by the Diebold Family Trust.
After all parties have been given an opportunity to speak, the public hearing will be closed and the Commission and the City Council will deliberate the pending matters.
