NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an in-person hearing, previously set for January 12, 2026, has been reset for January 20, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable Melody Wilkinson, at Tom Vandergriff Civil Courts Building, 3rd Floor, 100 North Calhoun Street, Fort Worth, TX, 76196, on Plaintiff Greystone Loan Aggregator LLC's and Receiver's Joint Motion to Approve Receiver Sale (the "Motion") of the licensed skilled nursing facility known as "Coral Rehabilitation and Nursing of Arlington", located at or about 1112 Gibbins Road, Arlington, Texas 76011, and the licensed skilled nursing facility known as "Coral Rehabilitation and Nursing of McGregor", located at or about 414 Johnson Drive, McGregor, Texas 76657 (together, the "Facilities") filed on November 19, 2025 in Cause No. 017-364117-25; Greystone Loan Aggregator LLC v. 414 Johnson Dr Realty LLC, et al., in the 17th Judicial District Court of Tarrant County, Texas. The proposed sale will be FREE AND CLEAR of, among other things, any claim arising from any conduct of the Facilities prior to the closing of the sale, whether known or unknown, whether due or to become due, whether accrued, absolute, contingent or otherwise, so long as such claim arises out of or relates to events occurring prior to the closing of the sale. As a result of the sale, the purchaser will have no liability, except as expressly provided in the sale order or transaction documents, for any liens, claims, encumbrances and other interests against or in any of the Facilities arising prior to the closing of the sale under any theory of law, including successor liability theories. A copy of the Motion and related exhibits is on file at the Court or may be obtained upon written request to Daniel J. Ferretti, Baker Donelson, 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 3700, Houston, TX 77010. Any interested party who has an objection to the relief sought in the Motion MUST FILE A WRITTEN OBJECTION on or before January 6, 2026 with the Plaintiff, c/o Daniel J.
