CITY OF WHITE SETTLEMENT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of White Settlement will hold a public hearing on January 13, 2026 at 6:30 PM and the City Council of the City of White Settlement will hold a public hearing on February 3, 2026 at 6:30 PM to consider an ordinance granting a special use permit for a fraternal, philanthropic club, lodge, and charitable use for an approximate 0.37 acre tract of land, such tract being a portion of land described in Volume 12262, Page 918, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, being situated in the Jud Rowland Survey, Abstract No. 1294; said tract being located at the west side of Pemberton Street at the intersection of Pemberton Street and Melrose Street, White Settlement, Texas.
