Sealed bids for the construction of temporary parking lot improvements Project # FWBG2026-4 will be received by the Fort Worth Botanic Garden | Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT) until 2:00 P.M. CST, Wednesday, January 14, 2026, as further described below: Garden Center, Admissions Desk, Attn: Bob Byers 3220 Botanic Garden Boulevard, Fort Worth, Texas 76107. Bids will be accepted by: US Mail, Courier, FedEx, or hand delivery at the address above. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:15 PM CST in the Iris Room within the Garden Center.
The Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined obtained on-line by visiting the FWBG | BRIT's website at https://brit.org/business-opportunities/. The Contract Documents may be downloaded, viewed, and printed by interested contractors and/or suppliers. A pre-bid meeting and site walk has been scheduled for 11:00 AM local time, Monday, December 22, 2025, at the Garden Center, 3220 Botanic Garden Boulevard, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.
