NOTICE
Please take notice that the Receiver in the above case, J. Robert Forshey, has filed a pleading in the above case [ECF 641] to sell a building located at 320 S. Locust Street, Newark, Arkansas 72562, and second property located across the street from 320 S. Locust known as Parcel number 07-00186-000C, both collectively referred to as (the "Properties").
The Receiver received several offers on the Properties and accepted the highest offer of $195,000 in cash at closing for the 320 Locust Property, and $10,000 for the parcel across the street, all pending Court approval. A hearing to consider the sale of this land is scheduled to commence at 1:00 p.m. CST on December 17, 2025, before the Hon. Mark T. Pittman, United States District Judge in the 4th Floor Courtroom (Room 401) at the Eldon Mahon Federal Courthouse, 501 West 10th Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
