The Receiver received several offers on the Properties and accepted the highest offer of $195,000 in cash at closing for the 320 Locust Property, and $10,000 for the parcel across the street, all pending Court approval. A hearing to consider the sale of this land is scheduled to commence at 1:00 p.m. CST on December 17, 2025, before the Hon. Mark T.
