PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH'S INTENT TO SELL FUTURE CITY FEE REAL PROPERTY This notice is hereby given that the City of Fort Worth intends to sell certain real property in accordance with Section 253.014 of the Local Government Code and described as follows: Being a 21.098-acre tract of land situated in the James C. Johnson Survey, Abstract No. 871, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas (TAD # 03975622) and also known as 11900 West Freeway and 11091 Chapin Road, City of Fort Worth, Texas (the "Property"). It is the intent of the City Council of the City of Fort Worth to consider at its meeting on December 9, 2025 the purchase of a larger parcel of land which includes the Property and to then sell the Property thereafter with the intended sale to occur no later than January 16, 2026. This notice is made in compliance with Chapter XXI, Section 5 of the Fort Worth City Charter.
