LEGAL NOTICE The City of Bedford, Texas is soliciting sealed bids for the Gregory and Bedford Court Additions Sanitary Sewer and Paving Improvements. The project includes replacing 6" sanitary sewer lines with 8" by pipe enlargement and open cut methods, concrete paving, and asphalt pulverization and overlay. Any bid received after 2:00 p.m. will be returned unopened. The non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held December 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Large Conference Room at the City Hall Annex at 1805 L. Don Dodson Dr. Bedford, TX 76021. A cashier's check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City of Bedford, Texas in the amount of not less than 5% of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid. Copies of the contract documents are on file at the Engineering Department – City Hall Annex at 1805 L. Don Dodson Dr. Bedford, TX 76021 and are open for public inspection. Online purchase price will be dependent on product ordered (full size plans, individual sheets, half size plans, and project manuals). All official notifications, addenda and other documents will be offered only through the procurement website. In the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in the prices of the proposal, the City reserves the right to accept the most advantageous contract thereof to the City, or to reject the proposal.
