Main Street Grand Prairie, TX 75050 TO AL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS, AND PERSONS: The above-named City has completed its’ Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluative Report (CAPER) for the period ending September 30, 2025. The CAPER and other appropriate documentation which lists the activities, performance, accomplishments, and expenditures for fiscal year 2024/2025 are available to the public at the address listed above during normal business hours. All citizens are encouraged to examine and submit comments regarding the CAPER to the street address listed above on or before December 20, 2025. The comment period is for fifteen (15) days. Housing and Neighborhood Services of the City is the designated Department which oversees and administers the CDBG and HOME programs.
