City of Saginaw Request for Qualifications The City of Saginaw is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced engineering firms to provide professional municipal engineering services. The City intends to select a firm that has a minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated comprehensive experience in municipal engineering. The selected firm will serve as the "City Engineer", responsible for reviewing proposed residential and commercial development plans for compliance with City ordinances and applicable laws, and for providing technical consultation on development related matters. The selected firm may also be tasked with design and or oversight of various municipal capital projects, which may include roadway improvements, parks, water and wastewater infrastructure, drainage systems, and other public works projects. The City reserves the right to assign specific projects to engineers other than the designated City Engineer when it is determined to be in the City's best interest. SEALED PROPOSALS To be considered, four (4) hard copies of the proposal must be submitted to the following address: City of Saginaw Attn: Vicky Vega, City Secretary 333 W. McLeroy Blvd Saginaw, Texas 76179 SEALED PROPOSALS must be received no later than 11:00 AM., Friday, December 19, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. All materials submitted in response to the RFQ will become property of the City of Saginaw. The full RFQ document may be accessed on the City of Saginaw website at www.saginawtx.org/bids.
