PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Town of Westlake Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 4:00 p.m., respectively. The hearing will be held in the First Floor Municipal Courtroom/Council Chambers of the Town Hall Offices located at 1500 Solana Boulevard, Building 7, Suite 7100, Westlake, Texas 76262. The Public Hearing is to hear and to consider the approval of the following: A request from Marquis Group to rezone approximately 25 acres of land currently zoned as R-5, country residential district to the TC, town center form-based development district (town center edge zone). The property is located at 4110 and 4120 Aspen Lane.
