CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING AT WHICH THE FORT WORTH CITY COUNCIL WILL CONSIDER ADOPTION OF A TAX ABATEMENT POLICY Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fort Worth ("City") will consider approval of a resolution electing to amend the general tax abatement policy as authorized by Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code. Time and Place of the Meeting: The City Council will consider the adoption of the tax abatement policy at its regularly-scheduled meeting, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on December 9, 2025 at the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. The tax abatement policy described herein will also appear on the agenda for the City Council meeting scheduled for December 9, 2025.
