CITY OF SAGINAW PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 9, 2025, to consider a change in zoning, for the property located at 8400 Wagley Robertson Road (Per TAD), from Community Commercial (CC) to Multi-Family (MF-2) and Community Commercial (CC). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 16, 2025, to consider the above-mentioned request for a zoning amendment, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
