CITY OF SAGINAW PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 9, 2025, to consider a request for a Development Plan and zoning changes on some portions of the property located at 112 Spring Hollow Dr. from Single Family (SF3), Light Industrial (LI), and Community Commercial (CC) to a Planned Development (PD with Light Industrial (LI) and Community Commercial based zoning (CC)); and a zoning change for some portions of the property located at 304 E. McLeroy Blvd., from Heavy Industrial (HI) to a Planned Development (PD with Light Industrial (LI) and Community Commercial based zoning (CC)). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 16, 2025, to consider the abovementioned request for a zoning amendment, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
