CITY OF SAGINAW PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 9, 2025, to consider a change in the Beltmill Planned Development District, also commonly known as "Shops at Beltmill", to amend the development plan and provide development standards for Tract 4, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of E. Bailey Boswell Rd. and Millstone Rd. The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on December 16, 2025, to consider the above-mentioned request for a zoning amendment, contingent upon the receipt of a report regarding the zoning amendment from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
