CITY OF SAGINAW PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025, to consider a change in zoning regarding some portions of the property located at 304 E. McLeroy Blvd. from Heavy Industrial (HI) to Light Industrial (LI) and Community Commercial (CC). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025, to consider the above-mentioned request for a zoning amendment, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
