CITY OF SAGINAW PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Saginaw Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on November 11, 2025, to consider a change in zoning regarding some portions of the property located at 112 Spring Hollow Drive from Single Family (SF3) to Light Industrial (LI); a change from Light Industrial (LI) to Single Family (SF3); a change from Community Commercial (CC) to Light Industrial (LI) and Heavy Industrial (HI). The Saginaw City Council will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025, to consider the above-mentioned request for a zoning amendment, contingent upon the receipt of a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
