CITY OF FORT WORTH PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was adopted by the Fort Worth City Council at their regular meeting held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. ORDINANCE NO. 27923-08-2025 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE, ORDINANCE NO. 21653, AS AMENDED TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS FOR CERTAIN PROPERTIES; PROVIDING A PENALTY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND NAMING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fort Worth: SECTION 1. ZC-25-069 3601 S Hwy 157 1.33 ac. Zoning Change: From: "AG" Agricultural To: "I" Light Industrial Description: Being all of Lot 11 and a part of Lots 1, 2, & 12, Block 2, of the Second "Correction Plat" of Conway Manor, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 388-5, Page 10, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a part of that certain tract of land described in deed to Don, Inc., recorded in Volume 10020, Page 2399, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and containing 57,774 square feet or 1.326 acres of land, more or less. ZC-25-127 3953 San Jacinto Drive 3.12 ac. Zoning Change: From: "E" Neighborhood Commercial, "I" Light Industrial To: "I" Light Industrial Description: Marco Addition Block 3 Lot 2R-1 ZC-25-130 2950 Little Street and 3500 Fitzhugh Avenue 0.91 ac. Zoning Change: From: "CF" Community Facilities/ "B" Two-Family Residential To: "CF" Community Facilities; add Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for auxiliary parking in "CF" Community Facilities with development waiver for parking in front yard setback attached as Exhibit "A" and enhanced landscaping as depicted on the site plan; site plan approved attached as Exhibit "B" and on file with Development Services Department. Description: Englewood Heights Block 24 Lots 8-11 and Block 31 Lots 1-4 SECTION 2. That any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 3. That the City Secretary of the City of Fort Worth, Texas is hereby directed to publish this ordinance for two (2) days in the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, as authorized by V.T.C.A. Local Government Code Subsection 52.013. SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and publication as required by law.
