NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to the Mayor and Council of the City of Saginaw, Texas will be received at the office of the City Secretary, at City Hall, located at 333 West McLeroy Blvd., Saginaw, Texas, 76179 for the purpose of furnishing plant, labor, materials and equipment and the performance of all work required in the construction of North Old Decatur Road. SEALED PROPOSALS will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained by the City Manager for tabulation, checking and evaluation on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Saginaw City Council Chambers, located at City Hall, 333 West McLeroy Blvd., Saginaw, Texas, 76179. The major work will consist of approximately 1,500 linear feet of 3-lane undivided concrete roadway with integral curb and gutter and concrete sidewalks. The project will also include internal RCP storm drain systems, the modifications of existing water lines, sewer lines, landscaping, irrigation and street light foundations and conduit. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 via a web conferencing application.
