CITY OF CROWLEY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY COUNCIL FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 BUDGET HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Crowley City Council will meet on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m in City Hall, 201 E Main St, Crowley TX, 76036 to hold a public hearing and consider the proposed FY2025-2026 Budget. A copy of the proposed budget is available for inspection by the public during the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Fridays, in the office of the City Secretary, City Hall, 201 East Main St, additionally, it will be posted for review on the city website at www.ci.crowley.tx.us. All interested citizens of the City are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. This Budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $1,903,809 a 17.91% increase, and of that amount $432,453 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year. After completion of the public hearing, the City of Crowley City Council will take action on the proposed FY 2025-2026 Budget and set the 2025 tax rate.
