NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ALL INTERESTED CITIZENS AND ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS On Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., the Arlington Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC) will conduct a public hearing at City Hall, 101 W. Abram Street, Council Briefing Room (third floor), Arlington, TX 76010. The purpose of these public hearings is to receive input from the owner(s) and/or representative(s) and/or other interested parties regarding the historic and/or architectural significance to the community of the structure(s) located at 2420 E. Sublett Road. During the public hearings, the LPC will entertain discussion(s) from the owner(s) and/or representative(s) and/or other interested parties regarding plans to demolish these structures.
