Notice PARTIES: William Sizemore Kenneth Blount SSS Metal (Registered Agent) Shahid Sadarruddin REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE CON1RACT (hereinafter this "Contract"), made and entered into as of the date of execution by the last party to sign (the 'effective date"), by and among the undersigned Seller (hereinafter referred to, collectively if more than one, as "Seller''), and the undersigned Purchaser (hereinafter referred to, collectively if more than one, as "Purchaser''). (Herein, the Purchaser and Seller are sometimes collectively referred to as the "parties" and individually as a "party''). This interpleader lawsuit was filed by Goggans, Stutzman, Hudson, Wilson & Mize, LLP in its role as escrow agent to resolve a dispute over $10,000 in escrow connected to a real estate transaction. The plaintiff is asking the court to determine whether Kenneth Blount, William Sizemore, or SSS Metal, LLC is entitled to the funds, to allow the escrow money to be paid into the court, and to discharge the escrow agent from further liability so the competing claimants can litigate their rights between themselves.
