PUBLIC NOTICE The Housing Authority of Columbus, GA is giving public notice that it is requesting bids from qualified and interested contractors to update the Administrative Plan and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Housing Authority of Columbus, GA. (RFP 26-710). HACG seeks qualified companies with experience in the re-writing and restructuring of company Administrative Plans and Standard Operating Procedures to submit proposals. Paper copies of the Request for Proposal are available at the Housing Authority's administrative office at 1000 Wynnton Road, Columbus, GA. Requests for emailed copies of the RFP can be sent to tgallups@columbushousing.org. Proposals must be submitted by 5PM EST on August 21, 2026.
