NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS ON AMENDMENTS TO THE ATLAS (MAP) OF THE COLUMBUS ZONING ORDINANCE. Notice is hereby given that the Council of Columbus, Georgia will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 5:30 P.M. in the Citizens Service Center, Council Chambers, for the purpose of hearing interested parties relative to requested changes that will amend the Zoning Ordinance as follows: Petition One - REZN-05-26-0955: A request to rezone 0.29 acres of land located at 3849 N Linden Dr. Current zoning is Neighborhood Commercial (NC). Proposed zoning is Single Family Residential 2 (SFR2). The proposed use is Single Family Residential. Constance Kelley is the applicant. This property is located in Council District 1.
