NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY
PURCHASED AT A TAX SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH O.C.G.A. § 48-4-45
TO: MYRTLE STONE GAY OR HER ESTATE AND HER HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS WHOMSOEVER, ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY AND ALL THOSE CLAIMING AN INTREST IN THE BELOW DESCRIBED PROPERTY
TAKE NOTICE THAT:
THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO WIT:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia and being known and designated as all of THE SOUTH FIFTY (50) FEET OF LOT 21, BLOCK "C", SURVEY OF BLOCKS "C", "D", "H", "K", "L" and "M", NORTHSIDE SUBDIVISION, as said property is shown upon a map or plat of said subdivision recorded in PLAT BOOK 1, FOLIO 136, of the records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is hereby made for the more particular location and dimensions of the real property herein described.
This is the identical real property conveyed by Warranty Deed to Myrtle Stone Gay, dated January 10, 1964, and recorded in Deed Book 932, Page 49, of the records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia and the identical real property conveyed to Dedivine F & G, LLC by Muscogee County Tax Deed, dated November 7, 2023, and recorded in Deed Book 14320, Page 53, of the records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia .
Said property is presently assigned street address of 4415 Oates Avenue, Columbus, Georgia 31904 according to the present system of assigning street addresses in Muscogee County, Georgia.
Muscogee County Tax Parcel: 013-001-019.
WILL FOREVER EXPIRE AND BE FOREVER FORECLOSED AND BARRED ON AND AFTER THE 8TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2026.
The tax sale to which this Notice relates took place on November 7, 2023 and the tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of November, 2026, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Deed Book 14320, Page 53.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 8th day of September, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address.
