LEGAL NOTICE Liberty Utilities (Peach State Natural Gas) Corp. ("Liberty Utilities") filed its Petition for Approval of the 2026-2027 Gas Supply Plan with the Georgia Public Service Commission (the "Commission") on July 6, 2026, under O.C.G.A. § 46-2-26.5. All filings in this matter shall be made at the Office of the Executive Secretary, Georgia Public Service Commission, 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, GA 30334. This matter has been assigned Docket No. 57062 and is scheduled for public hearing in the Commission's Hearing Room, 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, GA 30334-5701 (Room 110) at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at which time anyone interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard. Under O.C.G.A. § 46-2-59 and Commission Utility Rule 515-2-1-.06, persons wishing to intervene must file an application to intervene within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice. Any intervenor applicant's pre-filed testimony shall be filed with the Commission's Executive Secretary Office in conformity with Commission Rule 515-2-1.04(3) using the Alternative E-filing (available at https://psc.ga.gov/alternative-efile) in Microsoft Word® for text documents or Excel® for spreadsheets with formulas live and intact.
