Notice On June 18, 2026, Columbus Water Works experienced a sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) in Columbus, Georgia at 5901 Gateway Road that discharged 13,261 gallons into a Bull Creek tributary. The SSO was caused by a blown electrical fuse at the lift station. Columbus Water Works took corrective action by replacing the blown fuse. IPL0352212 Jun 28 2026
