NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA MUSCOGEE COUNTY WHEREAS, Jontay Armonz Reynolds, as borrower(s), executed a SECURITY DEED to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Synovus Bank, A Corporation, Lender which was dated 12/22/2022, and recorded on 12/22/2022, as Instrument No. 20220032183, in Book 14033, Page 230, securing the payment of a Note in the amount of $118,668.00 in Muscogee County, Georgia Register of Deeds. SAID PROPERTY IS PRESENTLY ASSIGNED STREET ADDRESS OF 5631 TERESA STREET, COLUMBUS, GEORGIA 31907 ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF ASSIGNING STREET ADDRESSES IN MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA.
