Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Columbus, Georgia will hold a public hearing 7/1/2026 2:00PM, in the City Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of the C.E. "Red" McDaniel City Services Located at 3111 Citizens Way, Columbus, GA 31906, relative to requested variances or modifications from the Zoning Ordinance,
relative to property inside Columbus, Georgia, as follows:
Appeal Request at St. John & Associates for a variance from the zoning ordinance for 3446 VICTORY DR, COLUMBUS: Appellant requests special exception variance to reduce required parking from 44 spaces to 36 spaces. Appellant also requests special exception variance to reduce perimeter landscaping buffer from 10' to 5' along South Lumpkin Road and adjacent properties. Property is located in the Victory Drive Overlay District and per section 2.5.21 of UDO, 10' landscape buffer is required. The property is zoned General Commercial
