PUBLIC NOTICE The Housing Authority of Columbus, GA is giving public notice that it is requesting bids from qualified and interested contractors for their Energy Audit and Utility Allowance Studies (RFP 26-708). HACG seeks qualified engineering or consulting firms to perform comprehensive Energy Audits (EA) and Utility Allowance (UA) studies for residential properties, public housing or multifamily, to identify energy conservation measures (ECMs) and update utility consumption schedules in compliance with HUD regulations. Paper copies of the Request for Proposal are available at the Housing Authority's administrative office at 1000 Wynnton Road, Columbus, GA. Requests for emailed copies of the RFP can be sent to tgallups@columbushousing.org. Proposals must be submitted by 5PM EST on June 30, 2026.
