You are hereby notified that the above styled civil action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 17th day of May, 2025, in the Superior Court of Muskogee County, Georgia, and that by reason of order of service by publication entered by said court on the 21st day of January, 2026, you are hereby demanded to appear at said court no later than (30) thirty days after the last publication of this notice to answer said petition and file pleadings with the court and a copy of same should be mailed to petitionersattorney,Thomas H. Camp, P.O. Box 2349, Newnan, Georgia 30264. Your failure to do so may result in the loss of all right, title and interest that you may have in or to said real property. Also take notice that a hearing on this matter will be held by Special Master Steven W. Ray on the 5th day of August, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the hearing room, TBD Floor, Government Tower, 100 10th Street, Columbus, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing will be to take evidence from all parties present on the factual issues of the petition, and to hear and take under advisement any questions of law that the parties may have as to suchissues.
