LEGAL NOTICE
CITY OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA – DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING INSPECTIONS AND CODE ENFORCEMENT
Notice is hereby given that the following properties have been determined by the Building Official to be unfit for human habitation and subject to demolition in accordance with applicable City ordinances. An ordinance providing for the demolition of each listed structure will be presented to the Columbus City Council for consideration at its regular meeting scheduled for May 12, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., located in the City Council Chambers, 3111 Citizens Way, Columbus, GA 31906.
The properties proposed for demolition are as follows:

2) 945 Henry Avenue (Willie A. Callier Etal, Owner)
3) 1103 Henry Avenue (Connell L. & Minnie L. Holloman, Owner)
4) 3103 4th Avenue (Curt Montjoy, Owner)
5) 4026 Oates Avenue (Blue Fox Goebell LLC, Owner)
6) 917 38th Street (Winston S. Marchan Jr., Owner)
7) 4010 6th Avenue (Nstream Properties LLC, Owner)
8) 1112 Bolton Avenue (Claudia & Joseph Harvey, Sr, Owner)
9) 2623 Clover Lane (Darrel G. Hicks Jr., Owner
10) 2119 Munson Drive (Wendy Margarita Martinez, Owner)
11) 1118 Thyer Avenue (Nchotu Success, Owner)
Any party in interest should appear before the Columbus City Council at the time and place stated in this notice if they wish to contest, delay, or prevent the proposed demolition. Failure to appear may result in the structure being ordered demolished without further delay.
