You are hereby notified that the above styled civil action seeking to establish title to the above described property against all the world was filed on the 17th day of June, 2025, in the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, and that by reason of order of service by publication entered by said court on the 19th day of December, 2025, you are hereby demanded to be and appear at said court no later than (30) thirty days after the last publication of this notice to answer said petition and file pleadings with the court and a copy of same should be mailed to Petitioner's attorney, Thomas H. Camp, P.O. Box 2349, Newnan, Georgia 30264. Your failure to do so may result in the loss of all right, title and interest that you may have in or to said real property. Also take notice that a hearing on this matter will be held by Special Master Steven W. Ray on the 16th day of June, 2026, beginning at 8:30 a.m., in the hearing room, 10th Floor East Courtroom, The Government Center, 100 10th Street, Columbus, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing will be to take evidence from all parties present on the factual issues of the petition, and to hear and take under advisement any questions of law that the parties may have as to such issues. After the conclusion of the hearing, the Special Master will submit to the Court a report of his findings regarding the validity, nature and extent of Petitioner's title and all other interests in the land referenced in the Petition. All parties are hereby notified to attend and present such evidence and/or questions of law as to the parties, and/or the parties' counsel, may deem appropriate and necessary. So ordered by the Hon.
