Your failure to do so will result in judgment by default being entered against you and the loss of all right, title and interest that you may have in or to said real property. Also take notice that a hearing on this matter will be held by Special Master Steven W. Ray on the 24th day of June, 2026, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the hearing room, 10th Floor (East Side), The Government Tower, 100 10th Street, Columbus, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing will be to take evidence from all parties present on the factual issues of the Petition, and to hear and take under advisement any questions of law that the parties may have as to such issues. After the conclusion of the hearing, the Special Master will submit to the Court a report of his findings regarding the validity, nature and extent of Petitioner's title and all other interests in the land referenced in the Petition.
