"Red" McDaniel City Services Located at 3111 Citizens Way, Columbus, GA 31906, relative to requested variances or modifications from the Zoning Ordinance, relative to property inside Columbus, Georgia, as follows: Appeal Request at Tacala LLC. / Southern Brew Corp. for a variance from the zoning ordinance for 2401 Airport Trwy, Columbus: Appellant is requesting a special exemption variance for relief from Sec.4.3.9.A of the UDO. Variance request is to reduce number of parking spaces from 31 required to 24. The property is zoned General Commercial. Appeal Request at Milton's Service Co for a variance from the zoning ordinance for 120 Meloy Dr, Columbus: Appellant is requesting special exception variance to reduce side setback from 8' TO 3'9''. PER The UDO side setback for SFR3 IS 8'. The property is zoned Single Family Residential - 3 Appeal Request at Leary & Brown, Inc. for a variance from the zoning ordinance for 5904 LINLEY CT, COLUMBUS: Appellant is requesting a hardship variance from the UDO requiring an accessory structure to be in the rear yard. Variance is requested to allow construction of a 24' x 24' garage in the side yard. The property is zoned Residential Estate-1 Appeal Request At A-Airflow Awning Co. for a variance from the zoning ordinance for 132 30TH AVE, COLUMBUS: Appellant is requesting a special exception variance to reduce the front setback from 20' required to 5'-6" to construct a canopy on the front of a church.
