NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR FORFEITURE
NOW COMES PLAINTIFF, THE STATE OF GEORGIA, by and through the Office of the District Attorney for the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, and, pursuant to O.C.G.A. Sections 16-13-49 and 9-16-12, shows as follows:
Defendant Property in Rem was lawfully seized by the Muscogee County Sheriff's Office, in Muscogee County, Georgia, on September 12, 2024, during law enforcement operations.
Robert Wayne Henderson is alleged to have violated O.C.G.A. § 16-13-31(e)(3), Trafficking in Methamphetamine, O.C.G.A. § 16-13-30(j), Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, O.C.G.A. § 16-13-32, Possession of Drug Related Items.
Defendant Property In Rem was used to transport contraband, purchased with proceeds from the sale of contraband, in proximity of the contraband, or otherwise used in a manner to facilitate violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and is punishable by imprisonment for more than one year.
Any owner or interest holder with a claim to Defendant Property in Rem is hereby summoned and required to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court and serve upon Plaintiff's attorney at the below address an answer to the NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR FORFEITURE within thirty (30) days of this publication.
