NOTICE OF COMPLAINT FOR FORFEITURE NOW COMES PLAINTIFF, THE STATE OF GEORGIA, by and through the Office of the District Attorney for the Chattahoochee Judicial Circuit, and, pursuant to O.C.G.A. Sections 16-13-49 and 9-16-12, shows as follows: Defendant Property in Rem was lawfully seized by the Muscogee County Sheriff's Office, in Muscogee County, Georgia, on September 12, 2024, during law enforcement operations. Robert Wayne Henderson is alleged to have violated O.C.G.A. § 16-13-31(e)(3), Trafficking in Methamphetamine, O.C.G.A. § 16-13-30(j), Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, O.C.G.A. § 16-13-32, Possession of Drug Related Items.
