Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Columbus, Georgia will hold a public hearing 3/4/2026 2:00PM, in the City Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of the C.E. "Red" McDaniel City Services Located at 3111 Citizens Way, Columbus, GA 31906, relative to requested variances or modifications from the Zoning Ordinance relative to property inside Columbus, Georgia, as follows:
Appeal Request at Housing Authority of Columbus, GA for a variance from the zoning ordinance for 7600 Moon Rd, Columbus GA. Appellant is requesting special exception variance for relief from Sec.4.3.9.A of the UDO.
