Black, Wife And Husband to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., As Grantee, As Nominee For For Statewide Mortgage, LLC, dated 09/28/2020 and recorded 11/19/2020 in 20200030264, in Book 13175, Page 296, Muscogee County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC by assignment recorded on 04/30/2025 B:14668 P: 258 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee Georgia Records, conveying the after described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 314,204.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of MUSCOGEE County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 04/07/2026, the following described property: All Of Grantors Right Title And Interest In And To Part Of Lot 1, Lot 100 As Said Lot Is Shown On A Plat Prepared By Moon, Meeks, Mason And Vinson, Inc Dated April 15, 1997, And Recorded In The Office Of The Clerk Of The Superior Court Of Muscogee County Georgia In Plat Book 113 Folio 109 Said Plat Titled As "Replat Of Part Of Lot 1, Block "C" And Lot 2A Replat Of Lot 2, Block "C" Cascade Section, Green Island Hills, Lying In Land Lot 93, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia. Said Lot Consisting Of 1.58 Acres. "This sale is subject to any post-foreclosure lien(s) rights the United States may retain against this property related to the junior lien(s) on record in favor of a United States entity pursuant to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Show Me State Premium Homes, LLC v.
