BEGINNING AT AN IRON PIN LOCATED ON THE NORTHEASTERLY MARGIN OF VICTORY DRIVE S25°05'E, 208.2 FEET (MEASURED ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY MARGIN OF VICTORY DRIVE) FROM AN IRON PIN LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTHEASTERLY MARGIN OF MARATHON DRIVE AND THE NORTHEASTERLY MARGIN OF VICTORY DRIVE AND FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING RUNNING THENCE N54°50'06"E, A DISTANCE OF 212.78 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE S73°24'45"E, A DISTANCE OF 67.73 FEET TO AN IRON PIN LOCATED ON THE NORTHWESTERLY MARGIN OF THE 200 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE FORT BENNING RAILROAD; THENCE S16°35'15"W AND ALONG THE NORTHWESTERLY MARGIN OF THE 200 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE FORT BENNING RAILROAD, A DISTANCE OF 223.35 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE N23°55'39"W, A DISTANCE OF 65.55 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE S63°11'52"W, A DISTANCE OF 46.25 FEET TO AN IRON PIN; THENCE S52°36'45"W, A DISTANCE OF 68.25 FEET TO AN IRON PIN LOCATED ON THE NORTHEASTERLY MARGIN OF VICTORY DRIVE; THENCE N25°05'W AND ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY MARGIN OF VICTORY DRIVE; A DISTANCE OF 125.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS DESCRIBED IN: (1) A WARRANTY DEED FROM PONDEROSA FOODS, INC., TO GULF INVESTMENTS, INC., WHICH IS DATED APRIL 1, 1967, AND RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 1125, FOLIO 163, WHICH IS SHOWN UPON A MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED "SURVEY FOR JOE JONES" AS PREPARED ON DECEMBER 14, 1965, BY G.V. CARR & CO., WHICH IS RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN PLAT BOOK 37, FOLIO 14 AND (2) A QUITCLAIM DEED FROM HUMBLE OIL & REFINING COMPANY TO GULF INVESTMENTS, INC., WHICH IS DATED MAY 24, 1972, AND RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 1404, FOLIO 315, WHICH IS ALL OF PARCEL "B" OF SURVEY FOR HUMBLE OIL & REFINING COMPANY" AS SHOWN UPON A MAP OR PLAT AS PREPARED BY G.V. CARR & CO., WHICH IS DATED MAY 28, 1971, AND RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN PLAT BOOK 59, FOLIO 1, LESS AND EXCEPT ALL OF PARCEL "C" AS SHOWN UPON "SURVEY FOR HUMBLE OIL & REFINING COMPANY" AS DESCRIBED ABOVE WHICH IS DESCRIBED IN A WARRANTY DEED FROM GULF INVESTMENTS, INC., TO HUMBLE OIL & REFINING COMPANY WHICH IS DATED MAY 24, 1972, IN RECORDED IN SAID CLERK'S OFFICE IN DEED BOOK 1404, FOLIO 245. SITUATED UPON THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY IS COMMERCIAL BUILDING NUMBERED 3653 FORMERLY 3665 VICTORY DRIVE, COLUMBUS, GEORGIA 31903; COMPASSIONATE SERVICE CHARITIES, INC.; SANDWOOD REAL ESTATE HOLDING TRUST; TEN TALENTS MINISTRY INTEGRATED AUXILIARY CHAPTER OF THE IAL, BENEFICIARY; REV. DR. KERRY R. SMITH, TRUSTEE AND FIDUCIARY FOR THE ORDER OF IAL; SANDWOOD PLAZA, LLC; AND CHESSER ENTERPRISES, INC.,
