NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 19th day of May, 2026, a special election will be held in conjunction with the General Primary/Nonpartisan Election at the regular polling places in the election districts of Muscogee County, Georgia at which time the qualified voters will vote to fill the remaining terms in Council District 1 and Council 9 At-Large. The places for holding said election shall be at the regular and established voting precincts of the election districts in Muscogee County, Georgia, and the polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on the date fixed for the election. The last day to register to vote in the special election shall be Monday, April 20, 2026. Those residents of Muscogee County qualified to vote at such election shall be determined in all respects in accordance with the election laws of the State of Georgia.
