CARR & CO., ENGINEERS, AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK THREE (3), PAGE 48, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, SAID TRACT OR PRCEL HEREBY CONVEYED BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED WITHIN THE FOLLOWING METES AND BOUNDS, TO WIT: BEGINNING ON THE SOUTH LINE OF COLORADO (FORMERLY COBB) STREET AT AN IRON STAKE LOCATED 210 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF COLORADO STREET WITH BOOKER AVENUE, SAID BEGINNING POINT BEING ALSO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT #2, AND FROM SAID BEGINNING POINT RUNNING WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF COLORADO STREET, THRITY-TWO (32) FEET TO A POINT; RUNNING THENCE SOUTH 103.3 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT #2; THENCE RUNNING EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT #2, THIRTY-TWO (32) FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT #2; AND THENCE RUNNING NORTH 103.3 FEET TO THE BEGINNING POINT. THIS IS PART OF THE PROPERTY THAT WILLIE JACKSON AND THELMA M. JACKSON CONVEYED TO WILLIAM L. BAIRD AND GEORGE W. DUDLEY BY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 491, FOLIO 29, IN THE OFFICE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED CLERK. LOCATED THEREON IS HOUSE #2924 COLORADO STREET, ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT NUMBERING OF HOUSES IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA.
That property known as 2924 COLORADO ST, according to the present system of numbering homes and having tax parcel identification number 050 018 024.
The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated September 6, 2016, and is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia in Deed Book 11928 Page 126.
The property may be redeemed on or before the time and date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address:
