TS # 2025-19141-GA Notice Of Sale Under Power Georgia, Muscogee County Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given by Randy Clayton Lee married man to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Grantor, as nominee for WEI Mortgage LLC, its successors and assigns, dated 1/25/2017, and recorded on 2/8/2017, in Instrument No.: 20170003653, Deed Book 12031, Page 110, Muscogee County, Georgia records, as last assigned to Freedom Mortgage Corporation by assignment recorded on 5/27/2022 in Instrument No.: 20220012426 Deed Book 13854, Page 310, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $103,687.00, with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Muscogee County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on 1/6/2026, the following described property: All That Lot, Tract Or Parcel Of Land Situate, Lying And Being In The State Of Georgia, County Of Muscogee And City Of Columbus Which Is Known And Distinguished As All Of Lot Numbered Twelve (12), In Block Lettered "BB", Of That Certain Subdivision Of Land Known As Section Eight, Lincoln Hills, According To A Map Or Plat Of Said Subdivision Which Is Recorded In The Office Of The Clerk Of The Superior Court Of Muscogee County , Georgia In Plat Book 19, Folio 139, To Which Reference Is Made For The Specific Dimensions And Location Of Said Lot. This Property Has A Street Or Mailing Address Currently Assigned By Governmental Authority Of 3411 Mariner Court, Columbus , Georgia 31909. Said property is commonly known as 3411 Mariner Court Columbus, GA 31909.
