Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of Columbus, Georgia will hold a public hearing 12/3/2025
2:00PM, in the City Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of the C.E. "Red" McDaniel City Services

3111 Citizens Way, Columbus, GA 31906, relative to requested variances or modifications from the Zoning Ordinance,
relative to property inside Columbus, Georgia, as follows:
Appeal Request at CTJ Investment Group LLC for a variance from the zoning ordinance for 1901 SCHATULGA RD,
COLUMBUS: Appellant requests a special exception variance to split existing parcel into two separate parcels with a width
of 50' each. Per section 2.2.8 of the UDO minimum lot width is 75' in SFR2. The property is zoned Single Family Residential - 2
