PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SWANSEA SC PROPOSED RATE MILLAGE AND SANITATION INCREASES The Town of Swansea will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at 320 W Third Street, Swansea SC 29160, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed millage rate and sanitation rate for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The current millage rate for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 is 117.9 mills. The Town proposes an increase of 3.67 mills, resulting in a new total millage rate of 121.57 mills for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
