CITY OF DARLINGTON, SOUTH CAROLINA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission of the City of Darlington, SC will hold a meeting Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 12:00 noon at City Hall, 400 Pearl Street, Darlington, SC to consider: (1) Ordinance 2026-06 to change the zoning district for TMS #165-03-02-037 located on A Avenue/Second Street in Darlington from General Commercial to High Density Residential; and (2) Ordinance 2026-07 to change the zoning district for TMS #165-03-02-031 located on A Avenue/Third Street in Darlington from General Commercial to High Density Residential.
