Public Hearing The West Columbia Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider the following items: • Establish the Infill Overlay District on one parcel totaling +/- 0.30 acres at 1306 D Avenue (TMS # 004630-13-013) zoned Restricted Commercial (C-3). • Establish the zoning of Light Manufacturing (LM) for one parcel totaling +/- 3.22 acres located at 184 Lott Ct. (TMS# 004596-01-021). • Establish the zoning of Restricted Commercial (C-3) for three parcels totaling +/- 1.21 acres located at 512-523 Taylor Street and 529 Taylor Street (TMS# 005747-04-012, 005747-04-021, and 005747-04-011). • Rezone 3 parcels located along Ontario Avenue, Mohawk Drive and Botanical Parkway totaling +/- 80.59 acres from Residential (R-4) to Residential District Floating Zone (RDFZ) (TMS# 004672-01- 001, 004672-01-018, and 004672-01-002).
