PUBLIC NOTICE City of Columbia Community Development Department FY2025 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) Public Comment Period: September 1, 2026 – September 15, 2026 In accordance with the federal regulations, 24 CFR Part 91, the City of Columbia is preparing a draft Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. The City of Columbia announces a 30-day public comment period to review the draft 2025 CAPER for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and other grants administered by the Community Development Dept. The CAPER purpose allows the public an opportunity to review and comment on progress, achievements, and expenditures of the specified federal grant programs.
