NOTICE OF ENACTMENT The County Council of Lexington County, the governing body of Lexington County, South Carolina, hereby gives notice of its enactment on August 11, 2026, of Ordinance 26-10, entitled "AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF NOT EXCEEDING SEVENTY MILLION DOLLARS ($70,000,000) AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS OF LEXINGTON COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, TO PRESCRIBE THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE PROCEEDS SHALL BE EXPENDED, TO PROVIDE FOR THE PAYMENT THEREOF, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO," pursuant to Section 11-27-40(8) of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended.
