NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRIOR TO FINAL ACTION BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF ORANGEBURG COUNTY TO ADOPT AN ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Orangeburg County, South Carolina ("Council") that the Council will conduct a public hearing and third reading relating to an Ordinance "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2025-12-01-48, ENACTED DECEMBER 1, 2025, TO AMEND THE AUTHORIZATION OF CERTAIN INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS AND THE APPROVAL OF THE ISSUANCE BY THE ORANGEBURG COUNTY FACILITIES CORPORATION OF ITS INSTALLMENT PURCHASE REVENUE BONDS; AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS." The public hearing will be held in Council Chambers on the first floor of the Orangeburg County Administrative Center located at 1437 Amelia Street in Orangeburg, South Carolina, at 9:00 a.m. on August 17, 2026. At the time and place fixed for this public hearing, all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the matters contemplated by the Ordinance above-referenced.
