NOTICE OF APPLICATION Coastal Carolina Bancshares, Inc., Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has applied to the South Carolina Board of Financial Institutions (Board) for permission to acquire through its subsidiary, Coastal Carolina National Bank, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 100% of the voting shares of Beacon Community Bank, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The Board considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the application.
